This first blog entry is rather lengthy. I hope you will bear with me. I feel that I need to tell you what I plan to provide for you on this blog. I invite your input, comments and any information that you feel is pertinent for our readers. Just click on the hot link comments below any entry.

It is my primary goal to provide relevant, accurate, and up to date information about Real Estate and The Las Cruces Real Estate Market. I intend to provide you with an on-going analysis of home sales, as well as the homes actively for sale. We will track the trend in home prices and appreciation in house values. I will try to make this information interesting and informative with graphs, tables, and pictures, as well as commentary. Knowledge is Power, and I know of no other place you can obtain this information on a consistent basis.

You will find links to Real Estate Information, Articles, Tips, and the answers to the most Frequently Asked Questions, and I will provide on line Podcasts on various topics that you will be able to listen to at your leisure, either on your computer, or you can download these radio-style shows to any MP3 device.

It would be quite boring if that were all you could find on this blog. Whether you are a native, a newcomer, or you are considering relocating to Las Cruces to work, live, or retire, you will find discussions, pertinent links, and lots of photos of all the things that make Las Cruces unique.

As you can see we are going to do our best to provide you with variety of interesting material. We will post to this blog as frequently as possible.
